About DANIEL HUNT

Daniel is known for helping families see the potential in a home others might overlook, and knowing when it’s truly the right fit. Raised in Midland, Texas, Daniel grew up around construction as the son of a home builder, spending much of his time on job sites with his dad and brothers. That early exposure gave him a natural understanding of how homes are built and what creates long-term value.  After marrying his wife Haley, the two began buying and renovating homes together, turning their first purchase into several projects and investments. Through that experience, Daniel developed a sharp eye for what’s worth improving, and what’s not.  Before real estate, Daniel spent over a decade in the oil and gas industry, where he built a reputation for being honest, reliable, and fair. Today, he brings that same approach to his clients, helping them make confident decisions without pressure.

Now based in Dripping Springs, Daniel understands what it’s like to relocate, invest, and build a life in a new place. He and his family have personally bought land, developed property, and transformed homes, including the one they live in today, where Daniel saw potential others overlooked. Known for being calm, thoughtful, and easy to work with, Daniel helps clients feel confident throughout the process. Whether you’re buying your first home, relocating to the Hill Country, or looking for a property with long-term potential, his goal is simple: help you find the right fit for your life.
